As one of the leading construction companies in Brunei, Massutera Engineering Sdn Bhd yesterday hosted seven top diplomats in Brunei Darussalam to an excursion of Belait, allowing them to better understand the company's roles and to explore potential technical and business cooperation with different countries.
During a briefing at its office in Sungai Bera Light Industrial Area, Managing Director of Massutera Engineering Haji Muhd Alfie bin Haji Omar disclosed some of the current and past projects the company has been involved in, particularly large to medium scale projects related to big names in the oil and gas industry and also government and commercial projects.
Leading the delegation of diplomats was Myanmar Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam U Htin Lynn, who told the Sunday Bulletin that they were interested to learn more on how the successful engineering company is conducting its operations in Brunei.
“We are also exploring the possibility of cooperation between our respective countries. For instance, today we have seven ambassadors visiting, and we had fruitful discussion on how we can further bilateral cooperation with Brunei – particularly with the company,” he added.
